With three weeks left in the off-season weight program, the Admirals are looking to finish up strong and are gearing up for spring practice, which begins May 1st. The Admirals have made tremendous strides in the strength and conditioning program since starting back in January. Look for a stronger, faster, and more explosive team in 2014.
When the Admirals put on the pads in a few weeks, it will be the first opportunity that many new faces will get to compete for starting and reserve roles for this upcoming fall. The Admirals will have ten practices dates that include a scrimmage with District 3-AAA Co-champion Campbell County on Friday, May 9th at FHS. Practice will culminate in the annual Blue-Grey game the following weekend. All players, coaches, and fans look forward to a tough, competitive spring session.
