Farragut had no answer for the Rebels stout defense which has only allowed double digits once this season and also struggled to stop the prolific tandem of quarterback Patton Robinette and running back Shawn Prevo as Maryville cruised to a 35-6 victory.
It looked as if the Admirals might gain some momentum early when the Rebels elected to go for it on a fourth on two, but Robinette found a wide open receiver for a first down. This was a good indicator for the rest of the game as Maryville went on to score on a touchdown run by Prevo from two yards out.
